I am trying to read my stock tune for D.A.P. tuners. Since I have this viper remote start alarm installed. Could the alarm be the reason I keep getting errors when trying to read the stock tune? I need a way to disable the viper system until I get the new tunes flashed. Thanks for your help .

I have a 2003 suburban and have the viper 5305v. Problem I’m having is the truck starts with the remote however it will not start with the key. Sometimes it does start with the key but not always. What can I look for to fix it and or what can I disconnect to fix this problem. Thank you.
